UK and International Delivery
All orders within the UK are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked. Orders with Next Day Delivery placed before 3pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am on Saturdays or on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

EU & worldwide delivery
All EU and worldwide orders are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day.
Please note that international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs processing. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout and are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.
Please ensure you enter a correct shipping address at checkout. Our shipping process is automated, so please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 minutes if you think you have made a mistake when placing your order. Incorrectly entered shipping address may lead to a delay in your parcel being shipped.
You have 14 days after your order is delivered to cancel. Please note that we will only offer refunds for unworn watches that are in perfect, resellable condition - we don't accept return of anything that's worn, damaged or altered in any way. All original tags and protective covers must be attached and watches must be returned in their original undamaged boxes, with no scuffs or marks on the dial, case or strap; please don't fasten your leather strap until you are sure you wish to keep your watch. Failure to meet these returns requirements will result in your item being returned to you, or a part refund.
The cost of returning the order must be paid by the customer. Please note that original and return delivery charges are non-refundable for unsuitable or unwanted items.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings for return or exchange.
With all returns/exchanges please complete our returns form which can be downloaded here. We recommend using a recorded/signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. Please send your return to:
Watch Elements Returns
Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
If your item is faulty or if you think you have been sent an incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will send you a return postage label. Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of notification with the original packaging and warranty.
Please note that orders returned to us undelivered will incur a delivery charge if a refund is requested or you'd like the order reshipped. For this reason please ensure you enter a correct shipping address at checkout. Our shipping process is automated, so please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 minutes if you think you have made a mistake when placing your order.
Official Stockists and Warranties
Watch Elements are official stockists of all watch brands shown on this website. As official stockists of all of our brands, all watches purchased on our website come with the full international manufacturers guarantee with our official stockist stamp. All our products come with a minimum 1 year manufacturers warranty. The length of individual warranties can be found in the product description.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase after wearing it please email us at email@example.com or by any of the methods on our contact page and a member of our team will be happy to assist you in returning your watch to the manufacturer for repair/replacement under warranty. Please note that each warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not by Watch Elements.
Student discount / UNiDAYS®
UK & Ireland students can benefit from UNiDAYS student discount. Discount is valid for UNiDAYS® verified students and is non-transferable. To redeem your student discount please enter your promo code during checkout. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or promotion.
When purchasing a watch that has an adjustable link bracelet, we will happily adjust the bracelet to fit your wrist before sending your watch to you - free of charge.
Simply type your wrist measurement (in inches or centimetres) into the order notes section of the checkout and we will ensure the watch bracelet is adjusted accordingly before being sent. We will include all surplus links with your watch. We recommend you measure your wrist with a strip of paper, which you can measure against a ruler. You should allow about half a centimetre excess to prevent your watch from being too tight.
Watches with bracelets adjusted by Watch Elements are still eligible for return.
Batteries are included in all of our watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer – your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.
As all of our watches come direct from the manufacturer with a working battery we can't guarantee how long the initial battery will last.
The redeem a discount code, simply click on the blue highlighted text opposite the “customer information” section at checkout - please see screenshot below. The code will automatically be applied to your order and the total will be amended accordingly.
